Gordon Mott, Owner/President

Gordon entered the industry in 1996 with the purchase of his first answering service. He has worked in every role/position at MLT. Prior to MLT, he was involved in commercial real estate finance, primarily at two large Philadelphia area
banks. Gordon is active in the industry serving on various boards (both regional and national), holding office and presenting at conferences. He is also a member of a local nonprofit assisted living facility board and two peer
advisory boards, one local and one national/industry related.

Julie Sparklin, Director Client Services and Operations

Julie began working with MLT in October of 1998. She began working closely with Gordon to move MLT from a mom and pop answering service to an award winning company dedicated to providing quality service. Prior to MLT, Julie worked in the customer service department for a credit union and an insurance agency. With the exception of billing and president, she has worked in every role at MLT and was our education coordinator for 7 years. Julie has served on the conference committee for NAEO, a national user group, and has attended and/or presented at many regional and national conferences. Additionally, Julie serves on an industry related peer advisory group.

Ken Peffer, Manager Marketing and Business Development

Ken has over 20 years of progressive experience in successful marketing and business development engagements. Prior to joining MLT in 2013, He held roles as a sales manager for user-centric website solutions, a strategic marketing manager for multiple business units within an international technology firm, and a director of marketing for a provider of professional audio/visual solutions. He is currently on the board of the Philadelphia Business Marketing Association as well as a scout leader for a local cub scout pack associated with the Boy Scouts of America.

Justin Wiggins, Manager Client Services and Operations

Justin joined MLT in 2004. Just before joining the MLT team, she attended Chubb Institute receiving a Certificate of Technical Support. Her tenure with MLT combined with her grasp of technology provides Justin a depth of knowledge that greatly benefits the company. In her role, Justin on-boards new clients, and through that process and regularly checking in with them, she builds a strong rapport with our clients. As Operations Manager, Justin works closely with the staff developing their skills, ensuring quality levels are met, and keeping morale high. Justin has attended industry conferences, industry workshops, and also works with a peer review group.

Eric Smith, Manager of I.T.

Eric joined the MLT team in August of 2016 as the Manager of I.T., bringing with him 26 years of industry experience.  Having started as a telephone agent, Eric has worked in almost every facet of the call center industry and understands the effects and benefits of technology.  Eric has participated on the beta development team with our primary vendor, Amtelco, and has been involved with one of our industry user groups, having participated, facilitated and presented at annual conferences.
