Main Line TeleCommunications Wins Award of Excellence

For the eighth consecutive year, the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI)
has presented Main Line TeleCommunications with  the coveted Award of Excellence (AOE) for outstanding service.  The AOE program is designed specifically to measure the quality and professionalism of telephone answering businesses such as ours; and we are honored to join the ranks of the select few that have consistently demonstrated, year after year, that the quality of the services we provide to our clients is job number one.

It is the Journey, Not the Destination

We have always been big believers in the concept that it is the journey, not the destination that provides a fulfilling experience.  This applies to both business and life.  Although we are proud to receive this reward, we know it is a result of the small and incremental efforts our employees make, day in and day out, to continually improve our services; and that is the path we will continue to follow.

Choose Your Direction

If I think back to the years prior to our participation in the AOE program, we have really come a long way.  But to be successful in business, it is important to always be looking forward.  To all of our employees, clients, business associates and fans, a sincere and heartfelt thank you for helping us achieve this award.  But lookout – the best years are yet to come!
