Accuracy, professionalism, dependability – absolutely critical to Main Line TeleCommunications because we understand it's critical to your success. Our staff undergoes rigorous and on-going instruction and is graded weekly on the accuracy and professionalism of its calls via a system that screens and reviews 5 calls per week per staff member. Although our staff frequently achieves 100%, we won't accept anything less than 95% – and if a call falls even to 94%, corrective measures are implemented swiftly to raise the scores with no delay.
